This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, being conveniently situated in the center of the city, close to the tram stop. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, with high ceilings, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We were especially impressed with the delicious breakfast offerings each morning.

the beds were so comfy, I slept like a baby, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location was great, just a short walk to a beautiful lake and a nice restaurant nearby. the bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around.

The lack of a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. It would have been nice to have that option, but it wasn't a big deal.
